We will periodically update this page so you can stay up to date on important Residence Life dates and deadlines.
Dates and deadlines are subject to change based on operational needs and institutional priorities. The Office of Residence Life will communicate any significant changes to students as appropriate.

| Friday, February 19 | Housing Registration Priority Deadline | Register by 5 p.m. to receive a housing selection timeslot. Students who register after this deadline will participate in Late Applicant Selection on April 7. |
| Monday, March 1 | Summer Housing Application Opens | Summer housing applications open at 9 a.m. |
| Friday, March 5 | 2027–28 Housing Registration Deadline | Register by this date to participate in the housing selection process. Students under the residency requirement who do not register will be assigned housing. |
| Wednesday, March 17 | Housing Selection Timeslots Released | Eligible returning students will receive their housing selection timeslot. |
| Friday, March 19 | Class of 2028 Cancellation Deadline — No Penalty | Cancel housing by 11:59 p.m. to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations beginning March 20 are subject to a $750 fee through May 7. |
| Monday, March 29 & Tuesday, March 30 | Housing Selection — Classes of 2027 & 2028 | Housing selection is available from 6–9 p.m. during the assigned timeslot. |

| Friday, May 7 | Class of 2028 Cancellation Deadline — $750 Fee | Cancellations through 11:59 p.m. are subject to a $750 fee. After this deadline, students are responsible for the full semester housing rate. |
| Sunday, May 9 | Spring Closing — Non-Seniors | Non-seniors must check out of their spring housing assignment by 10 a.m. |
| Sunday, May 16 | Spring Closing — Seniors & Approved Students | Seniors and other students approved to remain must check out by 10 a.m. |
